This piece would be perfect as an accent for a garden room, front entrance hall or decorative patio. It is designed to look like a baptismal font. It is completely hand carved in wood and presented in a rich wood finish. It has details of the first 3 jesuits who came to Peru from Spain during the conquest. San Ignacio de Loyola, San Francisco Javier and Beato Fabro carved at the base. Throughtout the piece you will find various Jesuit symbols.
When you visit Cusco, you will find this piece on display and in use at the "Compañia de Jesus" Church in Cusco's main square. This actual piece was handmade at our Peruvian Accents studio in Cusco.
